From the farm we used organic carrots, honey, lemongrass, ginger, fresh & roasted garlic & onions. Organic produce in the stock (not sourced from Tempel) are mushrooms, red bell peppers, daikon, rutabaga, tomatoes. Spices that are not specifically organic are bay leaves, black peppercorn & kosher salt
